Firstly a few things about this page

• This is guide to internet explorer only
• Don't ever, ever visit those, ah, hem, site at work a server often has software that goes well beyond the scope of this page and will be caught

Firstly click tools -> internet options

The following menu will then appear

Select clear cookies (do bear in mind that cookies can be useful, for example if use the forum on this site it is cookie that stops you having to type your password everytime you visit it)

Select delete of line content (again this can be useful it is basically a store or images and such on the webpages you visit, it is stored to hard drive as is it quicker to access your hard drive and download the images again). Do ensure that delete ALL offline content is selected.

Finally select clear history

And that's us we're all done, do however bear in mind that many of these features are useful, and I'd only take these step personally if meant less air ache from the mrs's.
